It was created by retaining long-time Harrisburg lawyer/lobbyist Richard J. Gmerek, Esquire, who then brought in people born and raised in Pennsylvania who have established reputations for professionalism, reliability and success in this specialized field of Pennsylvania politics. Our team includes a former legal and political adviser to a state political caucus, a former executive from the Governor's Office, a former legislative leader and a former staffer for both key leaders in the General Assembly. Our team represents both sides of the political aisle.
